Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LED Banner Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device(s) for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit:

  • Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
  • Removing, circumventing, or disabling any security or copyright protections
  • Renting, leasing, lending, selling, or redistributing the App
  • Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

User Content

The App allows you to create, customize, and display text content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content. By using the App, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and display using the App
  • Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Your User Content does not contain material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • We do not monitor, review, or have access to your User Content stored locally on your device

Smart Text Generation

The App includes a Smart Text Generation feature that provides text suggestions based on your selected scene type (e.g., concert, birthday, holiday). By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

  • All text suggestions are generated locally from a built-in preset library on your device — no external AI services are used
  • Smart Text Generation works entirely offline and does not require an internet connection
  • Text suggestions are pre-written templates and may not cover every possible scenario or preference
  • You are responsible for reviewing any suggested text before displaying it

Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, templates, graphics, logo, and name ("LED Banner Pro"), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

The App's templates, color schemes, and preset configurations are provided for your personal use within the App and may not be extracted, republished, or resold.

In-App Purchases & Advertisements

The App is free to download and use. It may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks. We strive to ensure that ads do not disrupt the core user experience.

Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms and payment policies.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement
  • We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
  • Our total liability for any claims under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the App (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim

Device Usage

The App uses your device's display, which may cause increased battery consumption at high brightness settings. Extended use of the App with static content at maximum brightness may contribute to screen burn-in on OLED/AMOLED displays. We recommend using the scrolling text feature and avoiding prolonged display of static content at maximum brightness.

Third-Party Links & Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You access and use third-party services at your own risk.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
